Reservations

• A $200 deposit is required to reserve your cottage. 

• No Reservations taken more than 1 Year in Advance.

• Current guests have 1st chance at renewal of cabins.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, however, they may be applied toward a future reservation. Guests canceling with less than 1 Month notice will be billed full price.

Boat Lifts: Because of the size of Otter Tail Lake and to ensure the safety of one of your larger investments,  all boats have to be on a lift or trailered at night.

Pets:  No Pets are allowed, but we can recommend a local Kennel.

Visitors: Our facilities are for our guests only.  We do allow day guests at an $10 per day per guest charge.
